The Missing Link Project is Complete
The missing link on the West End of Montrose County is complete! You can ride on an OHV or Dirt Bike for nearly all 160 miles from Montrose County all the way into Utah. Please check with the Moab to confirm that Moab welcomes non-street legal OHV’s.
Project History
Construction of about 1.4 miles of new OHV trail, parallel to State Highway 141, was done to allow OHV users a way to cross Hwy 141 and access the Montrose County Bridge over the Dolores River located on R13 Road. This project included three crossings of the highway. This construction made the entire 160 miles of the Rimrocker Trail legal for OHV use.
